Glasses

Hey peeps,
so I got 2 new pairs of glasses and just picked up one of the pairs yesterday.
here is the 1st pair for all to see.
the 2nd pair wasnt ready yet..

wishing it was warm

So i'm just sitting here on my couch. Olive (Nat's cat.. i'm babysitting) decided that my lap would be the best place to sleep and I do not mind one bit. Sometimes there is just something so nice when a cat curls up on your lap.. and it's cold outside.. and i have my coffee and a warm blanket... and my laptop to stalk people on facebook. what? no.. i don't do that. I don't add people on facebook just to pook at their pictures.. i would never do that. I add them due to my genuine interest in their lives and so that i can re-connect with them. Definitely not to just look at their pictures.

anyways, i was going through my pictures and i found some from the summer houseboat trip i was lucky enought o be part of...
here's to wishing it was warm out!

Apparel Studies- Last Day

so i guess i took my time with the last post..oops. my motivation comes and goes i guess!

well its time to reflect on what i have learned in my experience posting my outfits. here is the last outfit that i will be posting unless i have a supreme wow-factor outfit and i feel like i need a confidence boost! oh i know, i could post my outfits that i'm going to wear to convention in england and then people can say yay or nay, ahah.

Scarf from H&M... i like.

I honestly don't know how people can post pictures of themselves in their daily outfit and not feel extreemly narcissistic. it's hard to just take one picture and be done..
I know there were a few sweatpant, hair-not-done, glasses days but that's real life right!

oh and one last eye-candy picture i know will bring a smile to your lips...

this is "just about to go swimming" fashion by alesha and tanya... not sure why hands down the pants is comfortable...?

you might be wondering why all the words are underlined... well that is a good question. and the answer is that 'i don't know!' and i don't know how to get it normal. so enjoy the underline... and your day. it's sunny here again and all the snow has melted. now we wait for the may snowfall :)

Apparel Studies Day 5

Well what do ya know... i wore the same thing 2 days in a row!

a jaw dropping....

gasp!

followed by awkward silence and sideways glances.

it was brought to my attention that i should be showing the detail of the clothes also.. well i am so sorry (that's the sorry that when you say it, your voice goes up in the middle of the word) for depriving everyone of this pleasure. here is my thursday outfit, in detail! i wore it out today to breakfast with heather at cora's. she leaves for africa tomorrow, sniff sniff, but she will be back! and i bought new glasses... as you can see, i donned the highschool glasses again today. eye appointment. you know how it goes.

Booties! it snowed yesterday so it is a total boot day

ahh the belt. i do love it.

side note- its about the irony

oh man, i'm so self conscious about my blog and feeling like i need to explain myself again! it's all about the irony. i'm not making a fashion statement.. i'm not trying to make a fashion statement.. it's just normal everyday life.. and it's only for a week. it feels weird posting pictures of myself, like i think a lot of myself or something! 3 days left of my 7 days of "fashion" ha! no idea why i started this.. must have thought i was being witty(?)
